Today is Gracie’s type of weather! It was 32 degrees this morning. However it did warm up to 49 with the wonderful sunshine. Furthermore, we got .23” of rain last night. Not much but every bit counts right😊

Gracie’s anemometer was working!

So the cold kept the Whitlow-wort blooms shut this morning.

I started working on a lichen, but didn’t get far with it today. It is a crustose lichen found on a small branch. I believe it may key to Pertusaria genus.

This is the one above and it fluoresced yellow! Lichen candy to me…sweet find!

The wind last night blew the baby pinecones off the trees.

A squirrel or Gracie left behind this pine cone seed.

Next I got a little silly! No smile.

Then I found a smile!
