A green caterpillar

Heading away from the grotto, nature was providing us with many more sights!

First we found these two!

Then another!

Not another snail, but the pupa cocoon was added to our pile!

This side of the ravine was covered in Buckeyes!

In places the mosses seemed to be flowing out of the rocks!

A crevice in the moss that I bet catches the water when it rains.

These Organ Pipe Mud Dauber nest provided another home, but for a spider’s web.

A concretion covered in moss. Sorta like a green caterpillar LOL!
