Gracie’s buddy was visiting

Over the weekend, Gracie’s buddies came to visit her! This made us all smile!

Starting early in the morning, Gracie and Briar had some fun!

Along the way on the walk, the Four O’clocks (Mirabilis)was pretty this morning.

Elm-leaf Goldenrod (Solidago ulmifolia) was covered with webs! This is a volunteer plant near the house.

Up close, the Flat-flower Gerardia (Agalinis homalantha) with a tiny red mite!

As Gracie’s visitors were leaving a praying mantis was spotted at the garage door.

Briar enjoyed the visit, but now it was time to go home!
