Last night we got 1.15″ of rain in Bonham State Park. Thankfully no hail or high winds. However with this turn of event, we decided to change our plans. The new plan for the day was to walk a trail at the park in the morning.

The walk started with a stop at the CCC fireplace and seating. The workmanship of the CCC is always impressive!

Then we found this!
Our new companion was sneaking along the trail with us!

A green pig nose disguise!

Snails were everywhere after last night’s rain!

Empty nest!

Pretty nosy?

Dripping nose!

OMG do the humans see me now!

White Trout Lily flower power!

Trails end!

This is what happens when you OD on three days of Frosted Elfin hunting.

Keep looking!

The more you know, the more you see and the more you see, the more you know.
