Privilege

The song birds are still laying eggs. And these bluebird nestlings are the only ones I have right now.

These two must have just hatched very recently. And the parents had already removed egg shells.
So two eggs left. And on one egg part of the outer shell was gone. Hmmmm.

I watched just a moment or two more. The parents were not around. And the little ones had their mouth open for food.
Was that a small hole in the third egg?
Whoa I could see the hole opening!
Do you like my helmet? LOL.

It was hatching! So the process took about 8 minutes for them to get free from the shell. I sped up the mp4 800x.

Whew that was very hard work. Indeed time to rest. Furthermore it was time to let new the family be in peace. 🙂
Several days later I checked to find only the three. The other egg can just be seen under them.
