The Right Idea

Yesterday was the First Wednesday outing and eight of us braved the heat. Well, nine including Briar.

There were multiple plants of the rare Narrow-leaf Morning-glory (Ipomoea shumardiana) showing off!
Well, if y’all are going to stand around and talk, time to take a break.
Briar quickly found a place to cool off.

Briar thought the Blue Mud-plantain was pretty smart. LOL.
Claire pointed out the green ground bees with their little holes spaced out in the dirt.

Everyone survived the morning! Indeed Briar had the right idea for the hot morning.
