Yesterday, a small group of us went to Dixon Water Foundation to prepare for an upcoming Prairie Seeker training class. So just like the LBJ NG, flowers seemed to behind schedule. Still it was grand to be there. If you would like to join us on May 14th for this event, there still are some openings. In fact, go to Prairie Seekers Toolbox Series to snag you a spot!
Maybe I will see you on May 14th at the Prairie Seekers Training!
The more you know, the more you see and the more you see, the more you know.

I LOVE Indian Plantain. I had potted one back in 2018 and brought it with me. I planted it in 2020 and last year it never came up so i thought it was lost. Lo and behold this year it sprouted up, during a drought of all times. It is pretty small and i think we are too dry for it but I am trying to get it to grow.

It is a special plant! Its purple striate-angled stems are beautiful! I hope yours grows for you.
Pretty cats and love the turtle pic of course. That thistle is wicked. Some good pictures.
It is nice to start seeing the cats and always fun to come across a box turtle. And thanks :-).
I always get excited when I see Indian plantain!
Such a great place!
