I’m Not Moving

Thank you to all the rain dancers because it worked. LOL. Our total today was 0.84″. It was glorious! Hopefully more tonight. Fingers crossed and dance again.

This lovely friend made a complete circle around the house. Somehow the leaves got stuck on their tail.

The Pink Evening Primroses (Oenothera speciosa) were soaking it up!
The Native Dandelion or Desert Chicory (Pyrrhopappus) as iNat calls them.
So I’m on the lookout for the Schinia mitis (Schinia mitis) larva on the Pyrrhopappus. It was nice to see the adults on them this morning. Perhaps I will be able to find their larvae soon as well. Fingers crossed.
